Year Three have been working hard since last week. During our topic work we have been designing and making our Ancient Greek topic book front covers in the style of an Ancient Greek vase. We have also been acting out Ancient Greek myths in the style of Ancient Greek theatre. Some children from 3SG will be attending the community fayre on Saturday to perform a Flamenco dance. Good luck everyone!

This week we have started our exciting topic lessons on Mythical Monsters, which we are all enjoying! We are also looking forward to starting drama lessons next week with Miss Wilson, a teacher from Arthur Terry School. Last week we produced some fantastic R.E work on Stories with Meaning and shared our favourite stories with each other.

Year 3 Transition Update

User Rating:  / 1

Year 3 have settled in really well this week, getting to know their new surroundings, teachers and classrooms. They have already begun producing super work and their presentation is really good. As of next week, children will begin to work towards earning their pen license where teachers will be looking for beautiful cursive script, children who are beginning to join their letters and children who are making improvments with their letter formation. Good luck Year 3!
