At the heart of all we do is our commitment to develop the ‘Whitehouse Common Virtues’, which guide us in nurturing not only successful learners but also kind, confident and responsible young people. Our virtues fall under four headings: Attitude, Success, Responsible and Moral.

We reference these virtues throughout the school day: sharing stories reflecting the virtues in assembly, acknowledging where pupils have demonstrated them and showing the impact that these virtues can have.

There are two versions displayed within school - one for pupils in Nursery, Reception and Key Stage 1, which appears more child-friendly; and one for pupils in Key Stage 2 - which is more adult-like in its appearance.
