The Eco Team are delighted to have achieved the ModeShift STARS Green award for our school. This award recognises the work that we do as a school to help our environment. Some things we've done to achieve this include: taking part in the Walk To School badge scheme, Bikeability, Ditch the Stabilisers and taking part in the Big Walk and Wheel. Well done to all of the children to helping us to gain this award.

  • NEW! Reporting an Absence: Same Day Notification Form

Tue 01 Mar 2022 Whitehouse Common Primary School

    Dear Parents/Carers,
From Monday 7th March we will be operating a new system to report your child’s absence.

NEW Reporting Absence - Same day absence notification

If your child is absent from school due to illness, you must complete the ‘Same Day Absence Form’. This can be accessed from the school website by clicking the green button on the home page or by clicking on Parents and then Late/absence procedures.

The online form must be completed by 8:50am to ensure the attendance marks are updated. Your support with this enables us to safeguard all students. If the form is not completed, parents/carers may receive an absence message.

Please note that this is the only way of informing school of a ‘Same Day Absence’ you can no longer call the school to report an absence. Parents/carers should complete the form each day their child is absent.
