We would like to invite you to our upcoming ‘Celebration of Dance’ performances, where we will be showcasing the talents of the children across the school. There will be 3 IDENTICAL performances in the Oaks Hall on:

• Thursday 4th July at 9.15am
• Friday 12th July at 9:15am AND
• Friday 12th July at 2:00pm

 

All classes from Reception to Year 5 will be performing their dance in all of the shows and each show will last approximately 1 hour. Each family will be able to purchase a MAXIMUM of 2 Tickets online on a first-come, first-served basis due to health and safety fire regulations.

 

Ticket sales are limited to a total of 2 per family NOT per child or per performance. This means that even if you have 3 children in school you are still only permitted to purchase two tickets. All audience members need to purchase a ticket, including all children/ toddlers.

 

We would ask that you arrive prior to the show start time and remain in the hall for the duration of all the performances and that you stay seated until all children have performed. Please understand it is disheartening for the children performing towards the end of the show to have a gradually dwindling audience.

 

Please note that only a small number of Year 6 will be performing in the show as all Year 6 children will be performing in their end of school show in July.

 

Tickets will be on sale on for £3.50 each from Monday 10th June at 19:00. We are trialling a new online ticket company called ‘TicketSource’. Please follow the link:

www.Ticketsource.co.uk/whitehousecommon to purchase your 1 or 2 tickets and your total cost therefore must not exceed £7.00. Unfortunately, if you purchase more than your permitted two tickets you will not be allowed to use them as you will be depriving other parents of a ticket and you will be refused entry for any extra tickets purchased. We are unable to refund or exchange tickets purchased in error.

 

You will need to show your ticket/ scan your bar code on entry to the performance.

 

All proceeds from the ticket sales will go directly into school funds to purchase much needed resources.
